1. Services

AtoZ Car Detailing provides professional car detailing services in Mombasa, Kenya. All services are subject to availability and confirmation via WhatsApp.

2. Bookings

Submitting a booking form does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us via WhatsApp.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept M-Pesa and cash. Pricing is provided as a quote before work begins.

4. Liability

AtoZ Car Detailing takes great care with every vehicle. We are not liable for pre-existing damage. Any concerns must be raised before work begins.

5. Cancellations

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
